Erin, in all areas of her life, is passionate about creating a safe space for healing to take place. Through compassion, empathy, and gentleness, Erin strives to see the strength and courageousness of others. Erin values a holistic approach to healing with the understanding that mind, body, and soul are interconnected and must work together to achieve wholeness. Erin also believes that genuine healing is achievable through a safe and caring therapeutic relationship, hard work, and determination.
While Erin understands that the road to healing is not always easy, it is abundantly hopeful. Erin has knowledge in Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and several other frameworks and theories that are uniquely integrated to meet the unique needs of each individual client. Erin has her Bachelors of Social Work from Liberty University and a Masters of Social Work through the University of New England. She is passionate about growing her skill set and tool box and is excited to be a forever learner in the field of counselling and psychotherapy.
In her free time, Erin loves spending time with her husband and son, especially when shooting hockey pucks in the basement or spending time at the ice rink. Erin enjoys cooking, reading, and decorating her home for each holiday season.
